Shipping
I handmade each piece to order. Whilst most pieces are made within 1-3 days, please allow up to a week in busy periods and 1-3 weeks for special stone pieces.
If your order is more urgent, please contact me prior to placing your order to see if it’s possible to be sent within the time frame.
Regular shipping within Australia is free and express postage can be purchased for an additional $5. Parcel post includes tracking number, and up to $100 insurance. International postage is also available for $15.
Please note, I have no control over delivery speed once parcels have been shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you love your purchase, but I understand that some things just don’t work out as planned.
If for any reason your piece has been damaged or is the wrong size, you may return it for an exchange or credit note.
Please contact me prior to returning your item. Returns must be delivered within 15 days of when the item(s) was received.
Shipment cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for exchange.
I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore it is recommended you use a trackable mail service.
Please allow 1 week from when I receive your return for it to be processed.
